Privacy Policy

Last updated August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Iterro ("Iterro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit this website, request a trial, log in, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a trial or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, the plan or price you selected, and anything you include in a message to us. The login page is currently a demonstration and does not create or authenticate an account.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, our hosting provider may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referral source, and diagnostic information. We retain campaign parameters from the page URL with a submitted trial request, including UTM values, campaign angle, landing variant, and advertising click identifiers.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to trial requests and other inquiries;
  • contact you about product access, research, and relevant Iterro updates;
  • understand interest in Iterro and improve the website and proposed service;
  • maintain website security and prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Some privacy laws may treat disclosure to an advertising measurement provider as “sharing” for targeted advertising; the controls described below let you refuse that disclosure.

3. Trial requests and future product use

This policy covers the current public website and trial-interest flow. It does not authorize Iterro to record coaching sessions or process session audio, transcripts, client records, or payment-card information through this website.

If Iterro begins offering features that process coaching-session or client information, we will provide updated privacy information before that processing begins, including details about consent, retention, service providers, and your choices.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if it is configured and you enable Analytics. Meta Pixel is loaded only if it is configured and you enable Advertising measurement. Neither provider receives a request from this site before the relevant permission is granted.

You can accept all, reject all non-essential tools, or choose the two purposes separately. Your choice is stored in a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days, and you can reopen Privacy settings at any time. We treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of advertising measurement.

5. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, receive form submissions, send email, measure website usage, or protect the service. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention and security

We keep trial-request and contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate demand, provide updates you requested, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.

To make a request, email us@iterro.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

8. Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can delete it.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as Iterro and applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If changes are material, we may provide an additional notice on the website or by email.

10. Contact us

For questions, privacy requests, or requests to review, update, or delete your information, email us@iterro.io.
