Privacy Policy
Last updated August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Iterro ("Iterro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit this website, request a trial, log in, or contact us.
This policy covers live.iterro.io and related Iterro landing pages that link to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a trial or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, the plan or price you selected, and anything you include in a message to us.
If you join the early-access list, we may also maintain records of our communications with you and your communication preferences. We do not collect payment-card information through the current website.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, our hosting provider may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referral source, and diagnostic information. We retain campaign parameters from the page URL with a submitted trial request, including UTM values, campaign angle, landing variant, and advertising click identifiers.
Depending on the technologies enabled on the website, we may also collect page views, website interactions, submitted trial-interest forms, approximate location, referral information, and campaign information.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to trial requests and other inquiries;
- contact you about product access, research, and relevant Iterro updates;
- understand interest in Iterro and improve the website and proposed service;
- maintain website security and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We may use campaign and website-interaction information to understand which advertisements and landing pages generate visits and trial requests and to measure advertising performance.
If we send promotional marketing emails, you can unsubscribe by contacting us at us@iterro.io.
We do not sell personal information. Certain privacy laws may treat the use of advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel as “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising. Depending on applicable law, you may limit this processing through supported browser privacy signals, advertising-platform settings, or the choices described below.
3. Trial requests and future product use
This policy covers the current public website and trial-interest flow. It does not authorize Iterro to record coaching sessions or process session audio, transcripts, client records, or payment-card information through this website.
If Iterro begins offering features that process coaching-session or client information, we will provide updated privacy information before that processing begins, including details about consent, retention, service providers, and your choices.
Before those features become available, we will also explain what product information Iterro processes, which service providers receive it, how long it is retained, and how it can be accessed or deleted.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand how visitors use it, and measure advertising performance. Analytics is enabled by default on this US-focused landing page. Advertising measurement may also be enabled where permitted by applicable law. You can change these choices at any time through the Privacy settings control below or through your browser settings. Opting out should not prevent you from accessing the public website.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect information about visits, website interactions, referral sources, approximate location, and browser or device characteristics through cookies and similar technologies. We do not intentionally send submitted names or email addresses to Google Analytics.
Google processes this information according to its own terms and privacy practices. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising displayed through Facebook and Instagram. Meta Pixel may collect information about visits to the website and actions such as submitting a trial-interest form. Meta may combine this activity with information it receives through its services and other websites to provide measurement, advertising, and ad-personalization services. We do not include submitted names or email addresses in the Meta Pixel events configured in our website code.
You can manage how Meta uses information for advertising through Meta’s Ad Preferences and learn more through Meta’s Privacy Policy. You may also use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
Browser privacy signals
We treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of Meta advertising measurement. Other browser “Do Not Track” signals may not provide a standardized instruction that the website can reliably interpret.
5. When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, receive form submissions, send email, measure website usage, or protect the service. Service providers acting solely on our behalf may use the information only to provide those services. Analytics and advertising providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices, as described above.
Our measurement and advertising providers may include:
- Google Analytics, for website analytics; and
- Meta, for advertising measurement and attribution.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those where you live.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably be associated with an individual, such as total website visits or aggregate conversion rates.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide requested communications, evaluate interest in Iterro, operate and protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; withdraw consent; appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; or exercise your rights without discrimination.
You can opt out of analytics and advertising measurement for this website using Privacy settings below. You may also use your browser settings, the Google Analytics opt-out tool, Meta’s Ad Preferences, or the Digital Advertising Alliance tool linked above. We honor supported Global Privacy Control signals for Meta advertising measurement.
To make a request, email us@iterro.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
To appeal a denied privacy request, email us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explain the decision you want us to reconsider.
8. Children
This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can delete it.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as Iterro and applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If changes are material, we may provide an additional notice on the website or by email.
If applicable law requires consent for a materially different use, we will request that consent before applying the new use.
10. Contact us
For questions, privacy requests, or requests to review, update, or delete your information, email us@iterro.io.
